Learn. Play. Improve. Connect. Compete.

WHO WE ARE

What Is School of Pickleball?

School of Pickleball (S.O.P) is a managed community, programming and growth system created to help existing pickleball venues become more active, recognisable and sustainable.

S.O.P does not own the courts and does not take over a venue’s daily operations. We work alongside venue owners to strengthen what is often missing between having courts and building a thriving pickleball destination.

Through a connected network of communities, club hosts, coaches, organisers and industry resources, we create clearer positioning, recurring play opportunities, player-development pathways, events, partnerships and marketing direction.

Our initial focus is to activate available court capacity during non-peak hours while building stronger reasons for players to return.

01

OUR VISION

A Connected and Sustainable Pickleball Ecosystem.

To build a trusted ecosystem where venues thrive, communities grow and every player has a visible pathway to learn, play, improve, connect and compete.

02

OUR MISSION

Turn Available Courts into Active Communities.

To partner with venues and activate them through clear branding, recurring community activity, structured player programs, events, marketing direction and continuous strategic review.

WHY S.O.P EXISTS

From Empty Hours to an Active Pickleball Destination.

Good courts are only the starting point. A thriving venue also needs identity, community, continuity and the right people to activate it.

01

Low Non-Peak Usage

Peak hours may be busy while much of the remaining court capacity stays underused.

02

Unclear Venue Identity

A facility may have good courts but no memorable positioning that encourages players to return.

03

Fragmented Activities

Games, coaching and events may happen separately without building continuity or loyalty.

04

Limited Activator Network

Venue owners may lack the time or network to connect with suitable hosts, coaches and organisers.

WHAT WE DO

One Integrated System. Six Areas of Support.

S.O.P currently provides one all-in-one partnership package. Activities and collaboration formats are adapted to the venue, community demand and available partners.

01

Brand Positioning & Rebranding

Each partner facility adopts the identity “School of Pickleball @ [Original Venue Name]” with clearer brand direction and market positioning.

02

Community & Host Connections

We connect suitable clubs, hosts and communities with partner venues to develop recurring games and returning player groups.

03

Coaching & Player Development

Suitable coaches and program operators deliver first-timer experiences, beginner programs, guided games, drills and coaching.

04

Events, Activities & Programs

S.O.P may organise selected activities, collaborate with third parties or provide strategic and coordination support.

05

Marketing Direction

We strengthen visibility, communicate ongoing activities and guide venues towards a more active digital presence.

06

Strategic Consultation & Review

Every venue moves through consultation, assessment, planning, launch support and ongoing monthly performance reviews.

Structured pickleball coaching and player development

PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES

More Ways to Learn, Play and Grow.

Programs vary by venue, demand, schedule and available partners. S.O.P continuously develops opportunities across five activity areas.

Community Play

Social games, guided open play, recurring club sessions and friendly matches.

Coaching & Development

First-timer sessions, beginner programs, guided drills, private coaching and clinics.

Events & Tournaments

Social competitions, club matches, corporate activations and special events.

Workshops & Clinics

Coach-led learning experiences, player workshops and visiting specialist clinics.

Corporate & Community Programs

Team-building, introductory experiences and collaboration-led empowerment programs.

PLAYER EMPOWERMENT

A Clearer Journey for Every Player.

From a comfortable first experience to confident competition, the S.O.P pathway helps players stay engaged and keep progressing.

  2. 02 Beginner Program
  3. 03 Guided Games
  4. 04 Drilling & Coaching

Activity levels depend on venue availability, community demand, suitable partners, seasonal opportunities and market response. S.O.P does not promise a fixed number of activities every month.
